Two Low Maintenance Senior Cats Lose Dad, Then Displaced by Fire
– Need New Human – Seniors for Senior?
First, Dee Dee and Scout lost their 96-year-old doting Dad. Then, they were caught up in a numbers game after
the CA fires. Three months later, they are living alone in an empty house without much needed human companionship they
had been receiving for the previous 12 years. More than shelter, these guys would LOVE new human contact. You could
be the hero to these cats. If you or if you know anyone who might like a loving, low-maintenance companion or two, call 925-788-3316 or 530-528-0819
Unlike kittens, senior cats are seasoned and not needing to play all the time. Dee Dee and Scout will make great additions perhaps for a senior person who would like a low-maintenance companion or two.
From the woman whose guardian Dad passed,
“DeeDee is 12 or 13 years old female but healthy and energetic. She is
half Siamese and has that that sometimes grating Siamese voice but… She
is very affectionate and likes to be petted. Her fur is thick and slick.
She is used to an indoor-outdoor lifestyle but be aware that she can
climb cyclone fences, even so-called “cat proof” types.”
Scout is a male about the same age and somewhat shy and retiring
at first until he gets to know you. Both are medium size tabbys who will
make wonderful cats alone or together

After an initial adjustment they will surely make loving, affectionate companions as they were to Mr K until his passing.

Cats will travel to anywhere in Northern CA.
